To ensure the utmost quality of service, please note that we do not provide services to anyone under the age 14, and we do not allow extra guests due to our limited space. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a tranquil environment for all. When booking your appointment, please be sure to review the description thoroughly, as some services require deposits. If you would like to book an appointment outside of normal business hours (9am to 5pm) there is an additional $15 fee and may not be guaranteed if request isn’t at least 12 hours before desired request time. Additionally, we operate on a punctual schedule and kindly enforce a 5-minute grace period for lateness; any delays beyond this may result in appointment cancellation or incurring a late fee. As a token of our appreciation, all appointments include a complementary drink and light snack from our menu, adding a touch of indulgence to your visit.
